Team Lineup

2022 - 2023 Varsity Wrestlers

The SICS Bulldog's wrestling program includes students in grades 7 - 12. Each Bulldog recognizes academic excellence as a driver for athletic achievements. The wrestling team's school spirit and involvement in student leadership programs promote team unity and honors the history and tradition of excellence of all Bulldog wrestlers that came before them.

Brian Starzyk

As one of the two team captains and a member of the Athletic Leadership Council, Brian demonstrates leadership on and off the mat. During the 22-23 season, Brian achieved 6th place in WMass D3 Sectionals. His drive to succeed extends to his academics, demonstrated by his Honor Roll achievement, being a National Honor Society member, and as a member of Model Congress. Brian plans to continue wrestling through high school and aspires to study law in the future.

AlexAnder Rodriguez

As one of the two team captains and a member of the Athletic Leadership Council, Alex demonstrates leadership on and off the mat. During the 22-23 season, Alex placed 4th at the Taconic tournament, 3rd at the Mt. Greylock tournament, and achieved 4th place in the MIAA WMass D3 Sectionals. His drive to succeed extends to his academics, demonstrated by his Honor Roll achievement, being a National Honor Society member, and as a member of Model Congress. Alex plans to continue wrestling through high school and into college.
